The Falls County Rural Collaborative (FCRC), formed in Fall 2023, is dedicated to transforming education and workforce development in Falls County, Texas. This partnership includes Marlin ISD, Rosebud-Lott ISD, Texas State Technical College, and Education Service Center 12, with a shared mission to provide students with real-world learning experiences that align with regional workforce needs.

This partnership originated through their initial collaboration within the Texas Regional Pathways Network (TRPN), where they worked together to design and launch a shared Advanced Manufacturing pathway focused on Automation & Robotics. Following the successful rollout of the Robotics pathway in Fall 2023, the team expanded their efforts by identifying additional high-demand industries in the region. As a result, three career pathways are now in place: Automation & Robotics, Sports Marketing, and Physical Therapy.
