Consistent Goals

  • 100% of FCRC students will receive support in meeting graduation requirements related to their college and career interests each year
  • High-quality work-based learning opportunities related to the pathway

2025-2026

  • By August 2025, the FCRC will establish a career exploration program starting in 6th grade for students
  • By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, the FCRC will have developed an equitable funding model to cover all collaborative operational costs, including unlocking additional funds through approval as an R-PEP collaborative
  • By August 2025, each new shared pathway will have at least one industry partner offering

2026-2027

  • By the end of 2026-2027 school year, 90% of FCRC students engaged in a shared pathway will earn at least one IBC or complete a dual credit course aligned to a high-wage, high demand career prior to high school graduation
  • By the end of 2026-2027 school year, 70% of graduating FCRC students will pursue additional education and/or training or be gainfully employed in their chosen field
