Currently serving as the CTE Coordinator for ESC Region 12 and Director of the FCRC, TJ continues to shape and expand educational opportunities for students navigating various systems. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to equity, access, and meaningful outcomes for all learners. His work centers on guiding adolescents through pathways to high school diplomas, college credits, and industry-based certifications (IBCs). 

Becky Lane is a CTE Specialist at ESC Region 12, where she focuses on enhancing career and technical education initiatives. Additionally, Becky provides valuable support to the FCRC, contributing to various projects.
